Started in 1962, the Indianapolis Fine Papers facility had its first home in the Fame Laundry Building at 14th and Illinois in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 1969, the operations were moved to a new building at the present location on 62nd Street. In 1973, the administrative office was added to the campus complex, and the executive offices opened in 1988.
The Fine Papers facility covers 62,500 square feet and employs approximately 100 people on a full-time basis, with an additional 165 on the payroll during peak season in the spring. Of the full-time employees, 58 have been with Herff Jones for more than 10 years.
The plant handles the accounts of our sales representatives throughout the country. Accessory items like name cards, personal notes, thank you notes, party invitations and stationery are also produced at the facility. The staff takes pride in producing a quality product in a timely manner.
